TriConnex Limited will be conducting remedial works on Maypole Road, Langford Road, and Holloway Road. As a result, there will be temporary road closures from Monday, 31st July, to Sunday, 13th August 2023.

Ref: Maypole Road, Langford Road and Holloway Road, Heybridge, Maldon – Road Closure

I am writing to inform you that TriConnex Limited will undertaking some remedial works within Maypole Road, Langford Road and Holloway Road.
The works have been programmed and will commence Monday 31st July to Sunday 13th August 2023. The works will require open excavations to be present which will be appropriately guarded off at all times including the use of a temporary Road Closure for the duration of our works.

The Road Closure will be from outside No:161 Holloway Road to the junction with Langford Road roundabout and from the Maypole Road roundabout up to the site entrance of the new development on Maypole Road.

Access will be kept to properties as much as possible, particularly overnight. However, we kindly ask, that if you have a vehicle which you would normally park along this section, please could you find an alternative parking location whilst works are being carried out.

Signage will be present where necessary to guide pedestrians and vehicles around the works and we ask that you take note of these and comply with them for safety reasons, both to yourselves and our operatives. All works undertaken are compliant with current regulations, legislation and approved codes of practice.Whilst we are committed to minimising the impact of works to the local residents there will be some degree of disruption, so please allow extra time for any journeys you may make while the works are in progress. We greatly appreciate your patience and co-operation.
